Defeating numerous villains at the deserted area in Z City but still having problems with leasing money (and continued harassment by the landlady who says he is a few weeks old ), Saitama talks with a shop owner who's being forced by a community gang to concede his store's deed. A lot of shops have gone out of business along with his store is your last one.
