Black Angel

Italy, march 1945 Asolo. Livia Mazzion, the wife of a ministry official, slides to lawyer Ugo Oggiano, Livia's admirer and her spouse's informer's car. Livia must hit Venice and her lover Helmut Schultz, a Wermacht lieutenant, accursed and as exquisite as being a god, with whom she is having a burning romance. During the trip she relives the highpoints of her devastating sexual gone adrift, the one who has crushed her life and her destiny, swallowing her up at a sybaritic and bituminous Venice's vortex. The city, at the throes of their last weeks of this war, is rife with military brass, officials, nabobs, traffickers, sharks and adventurers of every sort.
