Hurry Sundown

Following the Second World War, a northern cannery join forces for purchasing a massive tract of Georgia farmland. JulieAnn Warren owns the portion of the land and has already been optioned by her unscrupulous, draft dodging husband. Now the unite has to obtain two plots - one possessed by Henry's cousin Rad McDowell, a combat veteran having a wife and loved ones. A young black man whose mother had been Julie's youth Mammy, The other from Reeve Scott. But Rad nor even Reeve is thinking about attempting to sell plus they form an unparalleled venture that is white and black to better their land. Henry remains determined to push the significant land deal, although infuriated by the turn of events. And if Reeve's mother Rose dies, Henry attempts to persuade his wife to bill Reeve with ownership of his land, convinced that the the bigoted Judge Purcell will rule contrary to a Negro.
