Shipping Wars can be a reality TV show on A&E that began airing on January 10, 2012. The show follows six carriers that have found that backpacks can be produced transporting items which carriers cannot or will not haul. The show includes the entire world's largest online auction house to truckers, uShip. For Season 1, the carriers are Scott and Suzanne Bawcom, Roy Garber, Jennifer Brennan, Jarrett Joyce, and Marc Springer. Starting with Season 2, the team of Christopher Hanna along with Robbie Welsh replaces the Bawcoms. Season 3 established on December 12, 2012. New shippers Johnny Chavez and the team of Chelsea Grant and Courtney Aguilera seem in Season 4.
In an average event, the carriers put bids on two occupations recorded on uShip. Each client has the choice of awarding the work to a bidder primarily based on feedback from customers , or to the best bidder. Ties are broken in favour of this company with the average feedback rating. Their freight is loaded by winners and attempt to send it complete by your client's deadline.
