The City
The City can be an American reality television show which aired on MTV until July 1 3, 2010 from December 29, 2008. Developed while the spinoff of this Hills, two seasons introduced and dedicated to the professional and personal lives of several women residing in New York City, New York. While Liz Gateley served as the executive producer, Adam DiVello conceived its assumption.
The show centered on Whitney Port, that appeared in its predecessor, since she began employment. It placed his room mate Adam Senn, Port's boyfriend Jay Lyon, emphasis on her workplace rival Olivia Palermo, and also her friend Erin Lucas. Port's room mate Roxy Olin and Palermo's enemy Erin Kaplan replaced the latter three for the second half of their initial season.
The City received reviews from critics, also also was less successful compared to Hills. Like its predecessor, the show had been often criticized for tending towards a storyline format seen in genres including soap operas, also appearing to fabricate much of its narrative. The show has distributed all seasons to DVD.
